The GLEDOPTO GL-C-226M is a compact Thread Matter controller for CCT LED strips with two-wire or three-wire connections. It enables switching, dimming and adjustment of different white tones from cool white and warm white to mixed white.

The GL-C-226M connects CCT LED lighting to a Thread Matter-compatible smart home. In addition to app-based control, buttons on the housing provide direct access to basic functions and the reset mode.

Thread Matter for cross-platform smart-home control

Compatible platforms include Apple Home with a suitable HomePod or Apple TV, Amazon Alexa with a compatible Echo device and Google Home with a suitable Nest Hub. The device, app and system versions must support Thread Matter.

Note: The power supply, LED strip and connection type must be electrically compatible. The maximum total current of 10A must not be exceeded. A compatible Thread Matter hub or border router is required for app and voice control.
Installation Instructions
- Disconnect the power supply completely before wiring.
- Connect the controller according to the wiring diagram for a 2-wire or 3-wire CCT LED strip.
- Check polarity, operating voltage and terminal assignment before switching on.
- Only use a DC power supply suitable for the voltage and power requirements of the LED strip.
- Do not exceed the maximum total current of 10A.
- Ensure sufficient ventilation and avoid overloading the controller.
- Install the IP20 housing only in dry and protected indoor areas.
- Do not install near strong magnetic fields, as they may interfere with wireless signal transmission.
- Press and hold the reset button for approximately five seconds to activate pairing mode.
- After a successful reset, the connected LED strip indicates completion by pulsing cool white three times.
