Flexible control through WLED, Wi-Fi and Ethernet

The controller creates a WLED-AP hotspot for initial configuration. After entering the local Wi-Fi credentials, it can be accessed through the WLED Native app or directly through its browser-based WLED interface.

The Ethernet function is preconfigured and can be used after connecting the controller to a router with an Ethernet cable. The controller also supports an integrated microphone, relay control and a physical function button.

Installation Notes

Disconnect the power supply before wiring or modifying any connection.
Connect the LED strip VCC, DATA and GND terminals to the corresponding controller terminals.
Use a power supply that matches the operating voltage of the connected LED strip.
Do not exceed the maximum input or total output current of 15A.
Ensure that all wiring connections are secure before switching on the power.
Do not install the controller in direct sunlight, damp environments or areas exposed to excessive heat.
Avoid installation inside metal-shielded areas or near strong magnetic fields, as this may impair wireless communication.
Configure the correct LED chipset, GPIO assignment and LED count in the WLED LED Preferences menu.
For Ethernet operation, connect the controller to the router and select the Gledopto Ethernet type in the WLED configuration.
Use suitable wire cross-sections, fusing and supplementary power injection for the connected load.

How many LED strips can the controller operate?

The controller provides up to six digital data outputs. Several strips can therefore be configured as separate channels or synchronized sections, provided the electrical load and total current remain within the permitted limits.

Which input voltages are supported?

The main power input supports DC 5V, 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V. The selected voltage must match the voltage required by the connected LED strip.

Can the controller be operated through Ethernet?

How is the controller reset?

Press and hold the Function button for approximately 10 seconds. This resets the WLED controller and activates the WLED-AP hotspot. A factory reset can also be performed through the Security and Updates section of the WLED interface.
